What you really want to know
What do you do?
Catherine helps people to create clarity and confidence. They may be in a place where they are unhappy in their career or life – but frequently people find her after being laid off. They come to her in a state of chaos and confusion and more often than not, can only describe their current state as, “My life sucks.”
But as she and the client work together, the client realizes that their life doesn’t completely suck: Certain parts are out of alignment or not where they want them to be. So she and the client talk and decide on some “quick hits” to build confidence and accountability and momentum.
After the client makes some progress and has regained focus and clarity, they can decide if a new job in corporate is right for them at this time or if starting a business is the right decision.
Once the client has made the decision on how they want to proceed, Catherine will coach and support them through their job search or business launch. She has a deep background in both job transition tactics and business strategy.
Who do you work with?
Mid-career professionals out of financial services, professional services, or technology. In general, these professionals are ages 35-55 with titles of manager through senior vice president.
